The F.A.I.T.H Project Peer Review/field activity between Caritas Nigeria and Caritas Congo Asbl funded by The U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), UNAIDS and Caritas ended on 24 August 2023, with the representative of Caritas Congo Asbl, Dr. Roolphe Olako, experiencing our innovative Mother Love Party at the Holy Cross Parish, Iji-Nike, Enugu.
A key strategy that drives demand and uptake of pediatric HIV testing and treatment services on the F.A.I.T.H project, Mother Love Party (MLP) was introduced by Caritas Nigeria as a community approach for the Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission (PMTCT) of HIV.

From mobilizing pregnant women and their partners for HIV testing services (HTS) to gifting them mama packs (neonatal kits), MLP is also a viable platform to provide HIV/health awareness talks and free medical services to the expectant mothers, who gather to perform celebration songs and dance. At the activity, 210 pregnant women were tested for HIV, with 17 men out of the pregnant women's spouses and 97 children benefiting from HTS.
